Before crafting the wand, Headmaster Arya Voldros explains that, within the Voldros family, wand creation is far more than a skilled craft. It is an ancient family tradition passed from one generation to the next. Traditionally, the family's elder is responsible for crafting the wand of the next generation, creating not only a magical tool but a lasting bond between the wand and its owner.
For Mada, that tradition could not unfold as it normally would. The responsibility that should have belonged to her grandfather instead falls to Arya, who performs the ceremony on behalf of the family's elder. In doing so, he preserves a tradition that has existed within the Voldros family for generations.
As part of the ceremony, Mada offers a single strand of her hair—a small but deeply personal connection. Arya then speaks the incantation:
"Arcanim Familius Wandis."
The spell does more than create a wand.
It binds the wand to its owner through an ancient family rite, making the finished wand uniquely Mada's. The ceremony demonstrates that the wand is not simply chosen or purchased—it is crafted through tradition, trust, and the connection between generations.
